WHAT HAPPENS AT THE MANSION, STAYS AT THE MANSION!!!

If they weren't here, then they don't need to know!!

Common Courtesy

1.    PLAN to arrive at the start of the party.  Start times vary.  Please arrive on time.
2.  NO SHOWS will be banned from future events; late cancellations will be handled case by case but banning from future events is an option.
3.  NO ENTRY AFTER 11 PM.  Call if you're stuck in traffic or will be a little late.
4.  Please come and go quietly!  No loud music or talking when walking to & from the party location.
5.  Please don't sit in the car waiting for people to arrive.
6.  Bring everything you need for the party.  Do not leave anything in your car that you will need later.
7.  No re-entry & please don't leave without saying goodbye to your hosts.
8.  You will be asked to remove your shoes so please plan accordingly.

9.  WE LOVE CLEAN AND SAFE PLAY!!!  A shower is available for you to use.  Please bring a towel/soap and other shower necessities.

10.  STRAIGHT MEN ONLY!! 

The Environment

1.  BYOB
2.  Finger food and soft drinks will be provided but it's suggested that you eat before you arrive.
3.  Smoke on the deck; no smoking in the house.
4.  Please drink responsibly.  Men...the liquor doesn't help your junk and ladies...a drunk naked ass ain't cute. Excessive drinking and belligerent behavior will not be tolerated. 
5.  If you drink too much you’re not leaving until you are sober. 
6.  Treat each party like “Vegas.”  

•  Do not give out the address to anyone.
• Do not name names.  Forget everything you have witnessed and prepare for the next party.
• DO NOT show up without RSVPing.
• DO NOT walk up to someone and mention that you remember them from a previous party.

Play Time!

1.  The Mansion has a separate play area.  No street clothes in the play area.
2.  Dress code:  Clean to enter; sexy to play.
3.  Condoms must be used at all times.  Regular condoms are available. 
CONDOMS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE WORN!!!!!   ANYONE CAUGHT GOING BAREBACK WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE EVENTS. Couples aren't required to wear condoms as long as they are playing with their own partner. 
4.    No pressuring to participate!  Voyeurs are welcome are our events.  Don’t assume that everyone is a player.  
5.  No Means No!  
6. Ask before touching.
7.  NO CAMERAS!  Our parties are very private and we want to keep it that way.  If you’re caught taking pictures your pictures will be deleted and you will be banned from future events. 
8.  No cellphone usage in the play area.
9.  GROUP OWNERS - No promoting in the play area.

***There are signs posted in vital areas.  Please make sure you read them. 

Violators (male & female) will be asked to leave and banned from future events.
